The metamorphic technique is a simple approach to self healing and personal development. We all have great potential, but due to limiting beliefs that we hold about ourselves and our lives, we tend to get ourselves caught in particular patterns that keep us from fully realising that potential.

These patterns can show up in various ways - physical or mental illness, emotional problems, limiting attitudes or repeating patterns of behaviour. Beneath these external symptoms are corresponding patterns of energy. The metamorphic technique acts as a catalyst to this energy, gently enabling you to transform your patterns - letting go of past limitations and accessing new way to respond to events, ourselves and our lives.

Each of us has natural abilities that we can connect with given the right environment. The practitioner provides that space. A light touch is applied to spinal reflex points on the feet, hands and head. People often go into a very deeply relaxed space; others prefer to sit up and chat. A session lasts about an hour and is generally very relaxing and enjoyable.

People are often drawn to the technique in times of transition or when seeking change. The technique is not a therapy or a treatment. People seek medicine or therapy when they want to be healed of something. They come to the technique because they want to transform their patterns. It is an empowering tool for enabling people to get out of their own way, let go of past limitations, and move forward with their lives from who they are to who they can be.

Gemma discovered the technique in the late 1990s and was so impressed and moved by its gentle and empowering approach she trained with the world’s leading teacher, Gaston Saint Pierre. She is committed to working with it as a vehicle to assist those she works with to shift old patterns and gain strength and confidence in themselves.
