Science Whizzes is a fun and interactive after school club that explores all areas of science.

Send a rocket, make a cuboid bubble, investigate a crime scene or be a virus hunter. These are just some of the many topics we will be exploring.

Each week we will use a hands on approach to investigate a science topic and children will be encouraged to discuss their ideas, put them into practice and predict the results.

Working individually, in pairs or groups children will conduct experiments and find out that science isn't about following a recipe and sometimes things can and do go wrong.

Su-yen has a Masters in Science Communication and has worked extensively in Museums both here in the UK and the US.
