REIKI/ EASTERN HEAD MASSAGE

Kirsty Slattery is a Reiki Master Practitioner, qualified since 1997, and also a therapist in Eastern Head Massage.  She has worked in several complementary therapy centres and does on-site massage.

Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy; it is the energy that flows through all living things and aids and promotes life.  It is an ancient form of therapy, which is gentle and non-intrusive, where energy is channelled through the hands to promote balance and well-being.

Reiki treatments offer the perfect opportunity for tension, stress and imbalance to be gently released, and a state of total relaxation to occur. Reiki opens the mind and spirit to the cause of disease and pain, and re-enforces the body’s natural ability to heal itself.  Reiki promotes energy renewal and assists in personal spiritual growth.  It supports and increases the effectiveness of most kinds of medications and treatments.

Reiki can aid with fertility, in pregnancy and in treating childhood illnesses.  Kirsty has treated many children with Reiki, which has proved effective, as children are incredibly receptive to the treatment. 

Eastern Head Massage is a therapeutic and very relaxing treatment that promotes a sense of calm, peace and tranquillity.  It aids in the release of anxiety, improves sleep and helps in balancing the Chakras and healing energetically.
